Anyone ever try Marinol?

I think that's the spelling. It's basically medicinal marijuana in a pill. I believe it's available in Canada, though I think I remember reading somewhere that it was decriminalized in London. Anyone ever try it, either for medicinal or recreational purposes? What's it like as far as the effects? Is is stronger or last longer than smoking it?

either marinol or marijuana, but nevertheless let me give my opinion.

I think it's perfectly stupid that we have to have manufactured, processed, synthesized and federally approved fake marijuana, in convenient pill form brought to you by your favorite humongo pharmaceutical conglomerate-cum-political campaign donor just because the lame brains in the Injustice Department can't even conceive of giving an inch in the war on drugs and must continue to pretend that marijuana is an exceedingly dangerous, life-threatening drug with no legitimate medical value.
