5. I was always more of a westcoast tourhead :)
Nevada, California, Washington, Oregon.

Somehow I never made it to any Colorado shows, couldn't say why.

Vegas was always the most fun (and the most decadent). :)

2. My envy follows you....
have a great time!!!!! Sadly I won't be able to ctach any shows. I was hoping for some West Coast dates, but all I got was a band break up.

Oh well...I still enjoy the music and the live downloads.

It's going to be quite sentimental and I plan on having a great time. Enjoy your shows!

Brooklyn, Deer Creek and Camden. No Coventry. Our first baby is due. Teaching allows summer excursions ; )

9. after 12 years and 60+ shows...
Edited on Mon Jun-14-04 07:42 PM by FranzFerdinand
i'm only going to do Vermont and let's say i'll end the moment, eh? been a long run. i haven't "toured" since '99. i got discouraged about the Dead scene in '93 and then discouraged with the Phish scene in around '98 or so and started to cut back on the long stints.

i've seen some of the greatest Phish shows in their history and have no problem with them hanging it up. i think i've seen one of their worst shows in Maine last year. some of it was downright silly...

gonna be a great last weekend, i tell ya...

10. I disagree about IT.
My first show was Kesick Theater 92, and I've seen 40 plus since. I thought IT had some great, great moments. Second set, first night was maybe the best set of 03.

11. i know, i know, i get stupid sometimes...
Riviera Theatre, 5/8/92 was my first :) what a year, eh? sometimes i get down on them. i've seen (what i consider to be) the glory days and while i've always remained faithful, i can't help but regress.

best times of my life and i think i'm just at that point in my life where my relationship with Phish has gone the same way that Phish has gone with itself. more loose, other things going on in their lives, on to greater things.

maybe i'm just bitter ;)

so anyway, let's talk some shows? maybe we've crossed paths. here are some highlights...

Kuhl Gym, Geneseo '93
NYE, Centrum '93
Great Woods, Gamehendge '94
Vermont 94, 95
Warner Theater '94
Clifford Ball->IT
Vernon Downs '98
Virginia Beach '98
