Pimp my ride
I just watched the new one where they give the kid a new car. I thought it was very nice of them, but I don't think it is nearly as cool as when they take a crappy car and make it cool. Anyone else agree?

4. No, they did
the right thing, I just think the show is better when something crappy is made cool.

2. Definitely more cool when they take a piece of shit
And make it into a flashy piece of shit. I'm sorry, that's not fair. Those guys do incredible work, truly incredible. I just hate to see a ride get "pimped."

Overhaulin' is pretty decent. except, i think they did one with that dude from 90210. that was just plain stupid.

either way, PMR is good but it's too short! but, it's nice to have something besides Monster Garage. Jesse gets old, quick...

5. my son told me about this show, and laughed and said that I
would get a new car. We swear that if we washed the coke and coffee creamer out of the carpet, the bottom of the POS would just fall out.
I'm starting to work a second job to pay for the $4000 in repairs I had done last year....then last month $200 more for yet more brake parts....and now, guess where the car is?

Sitting in the garage. It won't start. Must be a fuel pump problem or something. I said it can just sit for awhile now! Enough! My Dad is coming here from out of state next weekend and he might be able to figure something out.

Still, it went 189,000 miles and never had a full tune up nor any real maintenance, just tires and some irregular oil changes. I'd buy it all over again! (I hate cars!)
