What non-traditionally good-looking men do you find hot?
for me:

Seth Green (love those little tight-bodied guys)
Rahm Emmanuel (those eyes!)
Seth Myers (from SNL)
Clint Eastwood (Ok, he's traditionally good looking, but he's HOT at
age 74)
Macaulay Culkin (Saw him recently on TV - he's beautiful: porcelain skin and blood-red lips, and a really charming sense of humor)
Anderson Cooper (dunno why - he's just adorable)
Ben Stiller (love the semitic guys: see Seth Myers)
Tucker Carlson (hate his politics, but cuff him to my bedframe for a night, and he'll be a liberal by morning)
Willem Dafoe (drool)
Sean Astin (big roly-poly huggybear)

Who's your secret pleasure?

3. Yes, I did Alan Rickman.
He's got some ... I don't know British nastiness that's very appealing for some reason.

I also like Hugh Grant. Gary Oldman,

Al Franken. I have a thing for Jewish guys in general, eventhough I'm not Jewish.

and of course the supreme model of male beauty... Johnny Depp.

4. I'd do him...
he seems to have an awesome sense of humor, which is better than any natural "equipment" when it comes to fun in the sack. Plus I like thoe tall, thin type. But then I like the short, thin type. And the tall heavy-set type. And the short heavy-set type. I'm an equal opportunity slut.

Edited on Mon Jun-14-04 10:34 PM by SarahBelle
John Cleese, David Letterman, David Brancacchio (From PBS's NOW), Colin Firth, Tim Robbins, Kevin Spacey, David Cross, and I like Alan Rickman too.

I rarely seem to ever like one of those pretty boy types. My best looking boyfriend was a double for what Prince William has grown into, but even that involved a larger than average nose (not that that's a bad thing). ;)

Edit to add Martin Sargeant from Tech TV's Unscrewed. He's a cutie.

49. Seconded on Alton Brown!
I like nerds. I like food. :loveya:

He has a (very occasionally updated) blog. Here's a sample:

Thursday, February 05, 2004

Although Georgia State School Superintendent Kathy Cox has decided not to go forward with her plan to replace the word “evolution” with “changes occurring over time” in the school curriculum, rumor has it that several other changes meant to eradicate “inflammatory buzzwords” are in the works.
For instance, in the near future “racism” will be referred to as “that uncomfortable skin color problem”. “Premarital sex” will be called “that bad, bad thing you mustn’t do”, and in geography classes all references to France will be replaced with: “Renault-land”.
And of course since many conservative Southerners call lunch “dinner” all school cafeterias will be renamed “mid-day meal replacement centers”.
As John Mellencamp sings: It’s not the end of the world, but you can see it from here.

17. What's non-traditional? I like guys - LOL
John Rzeznik (Goo Goo Dolls) - I don't usually go for blondes or guys with lots of tattoos, but he's yummy.

Bradley Whitford (West Wing) - It's probably the dimples. Receiding hairline and all, he's too damn cute.

Andre Agassi - He looks better with the shaved head than he ever did with the long hair.

Elijah Wood - you can have Sean Astin though - He's a sweetie.

Goran Visnjic (ER)

Ralph Fiennes

Alan Rickman

Liam Neeson

Eric Stoltz

22. I'd believe it
as a man who's seen more than a couple of winkies in his lifetime, I'd venture to say that the really lean, thin guys, on average, are HUGE.

That being said, I'm so NOT a size queen. I equate super-huge penises to elephants and grand pianos - I like to look at them, but I just don't have the room to keep one anywhere.

So I have a thing for middle-aged balding slightly scary guys.

Does Michael Madsen qualify as non-traditionally good-looking? Chuck him on the list.

And I have a huge crush on Jon Stewart.

As a side note- I could never stand Anderson Cooper ever since I was in high school and was forced to watch him on channel one. There's a spot he did during the first Gulf War where he's a few miles away from a blast in his hotel room and he starts cying for his mother. And he actually aired it. It was so self-indulgent, but probably explains why he has grey hair at 30.

Oh, yes, bitches, you heard me: James Carvale. And don't forget Billy Bob for yet another dose of off-beat Southern Fried lovin.

Here's a slightly obscure one - Bernard Hill (Theoden King from LOTR). He's too old by half, but when you listen to him in the cast commentary for THE TWO TOWERS you realize he's got a wicked sense of humor. And a great sense of humor is just about the sexiest thing in the world to me. Speaking of which -

Al Franken. Brains AND humor. <drool>

72. Non-traditional, huh?
Depends on the definition of "non-traditional."

I was in love with Mark Lindsay for many years. Even with the ponytail.

Darren McGavin, Stuart Whitman and Rod Taylor are all my faves--rugged looking, not glamor pusses.

I love Mike Myers--he makes me laugh.
I love Kyan Douglas on Queer Eye. He's gorgeous, but I think being gay makes him a little unconventional.
I love William Petersen--he's as intelligent as Gil Grissom.

Michael Caine, Laurence Lewelyn Bowen, Robson Greene, John Thaw--Brits make me weak in the knees.

I guess most of the rest are more traditionally handsome, like Richard Dean Anderson, Scott Bakula and Yannick Bisson.
