1. He sold his soul, but you got the highway wrong.
It was actually at THIS crossroads....

I think I can say: I LOVE YOU MAN!

5. I love you too
Though I'm not gay... not that there's anything wrong with that. :)

7. Big Robert Johnson fan?
I don't think I actually have anything by him, but I've always enjoyed the tales. And come to think of it, I may have a tune or two on a disc somewhere.

10. I've certainly heard some of his recordings
And he does sound like a man possessed. Amazing talent.

I've been asking pals if they want to ride over to the crossroads and see how spooky it is, but no takers yet. It's a shame, because it really isn't a very long drive from here.

9. Damn, that intersection has grown up a bit since I was there
The area to the left side of the picture was a cotton field when I drove through.
It was funny, we not "looking" for the intersection, we just landed there.
I was crusing on 61 and we were goofing around singing the Dylan song, and all of a sudden there was a BIG dog standing in the middle of the lane.
I slammed on the brakes, and we 5 in our 1964 Chevy spun around, oh, 6-8 times and came to rest in a cloud of red dust and quiet.
Was not sure where we were for a minute, tried to restart the engine, but could not (duh, it was in Drive...idiot!) and the dust was really thick.
As it settled, we looked up and saw the intersection.
Very weird moment.

11. Believe in reincarnation?
I would classify Robert Johnson as a "big dog." :)

13. I'm gonna make someone go over there with me
Do you know if he's buried in that area too?

Just sounds too cool not to visit.
