3. Well, if what I'm hearing is true...
He thinks everyone is out to get him. And he micromanages areas that mean nothing, but just lets other things go. Like the strategy in Iraq is going down the drain, but he's got his hand in everything that has to do with Kerry. He scares the SHIT out of me.
