the people have spoken, well the people have voted. well, three people voted for another helen mirren thread.

as we check the website (www.helenmirren.com) for june, it seems the founder, Peter Wright, has died. must have been within the past month. we thank him for his service, and offer our condolences to his family.

there is also a yahoo group (helenmirrenfans, or some such). we will again on her 58th birthday, july 26 (somebody remind me?)

She was fantastic!

She was also great w/Olivier Martinez in another cable movie re-make of "The Roman Spring of Mrs Stone".

Think of what happened to poor Vanessa Williams here. Mirren took jizz shots from about 5 guys on her bare chest in the opening of "Caligula". She has to be the first dame to have appeared in hardcore (albeit very bad) porn.
