I doubt it if they wouldn't even approve the morning after pill for sale OTC.

4. This is aimed at post menopausal women...
Women who have testosterone shortages from menopause or a hysterectomy.

On the flip side, too much testosterone in women can cause them to become "aggressive" so you take a chance - she can either be in the mood all the time or ready to punch your lights out :)!!
