3. It depends...

If it's machine washable, and you go to a laundromat, plus the parking meter, gas and detergent -- it probably costs less to get a new one.

The one I have I wipe down occasionally and it works fine.

4. I Use "Spray Comet" On Mine About Once A Month

It really makes cleaning easy. Most of the time I don't even need to sponge it off... I just use the flexible shower massage head to rinse everything off the liner, tiles, and down the drain.

My wife insists on washing the things with bleach. Way too much for the $3 or $4 they cost.

They're cheap enough to buy. Last one I bought was only about $3 at Target.

throw them in the washer once every 4-6 months and they come out like new- saves space in the landfills too!

Never let it be said that whats good for a shower curtain liner is good for a lady friend. I'd probably wash the girlfriend every now and then.

15. Buy the nylon ones that can be washed ... for environmental reasons.

Not only is it cheaper in the long run, but they don't get nearly as nasty, or nasty as fast, as the plastic ones.
