mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm FUDGE!


University of Florida student Donna Shin gets ready to taste fudge topped with toasted crickets and mealworms in Gainesville, Fla., Thursday, June 17, 2004. It's all part of an entomology course on bugs and people at UF's Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences in Gainesville. Students select a variety of class projects, including the preparation of foods that contain insects. In some foreign cultures, insects are regular part of the human diet. Have you ever tried Velveeta Fudge? (google for the recipe)

It does exist and surprisingly good.
