1. Love it!
I mostly eat salmon sushi. I like the taste of it better than Tuna or Yellowtail.

2. Love it, absolutely
And the one odd thing I've discovered re: sushi is that it's the only food I can eat in reasonable quantities when I'm very depressed. (You know how some people are eaters when they get depressed, and some people lose their appetities completely? I'm the latter. I can lose 10% of my body weight in a week if I'm not careful. But I can get sushi down better than just about anything else.)

5. My favorites

Nigiri
Small rice balls with fish, etc. on top. There are countless varieties of nigirizushi, some of the most common ones being tuna, shrimp, eel, squid, octopus and fried egg.

Norimaki
Sushi rice and seafood, etc. rolled in dried seaweed sheets. There are countless varieties of sushi rolls differing in ingredients and thickness. Sushi rolls prepared "inside out" are very popular outside of Japan, but rarely found in Japan.

10. Ever make your own?
I tried and it was a mesriable failure. I could not roll the sob up properly.

12. Mmmmmm Sushi. . .
I'd say my favorite would be a spicy salmon maki or Unagi (eel).

Great stuff :)

14. Love it. I think it's the Wasabi that does it for me.
The burn of the wasabi and the saltiness of the soy is a perfect combination.
