Sangria, peanuts and Oreos for dinner

now that's truly lazy vacation fare!

I was due for a Sangria fest, so.

Well, peanuts and wine are both good for you!

When it is too hot to cook, I sometimes throw together some tuna salad (minus the boiled egg) or chicken salad and chill it before eating, unless I don't have the stuff and it is too hot to drive to the store. :)

We just went to the store and I just picked what my husband calls circus food! We are too lazy to cook, it is really humid here.

Didn't mean to gross people out, this is the equivalent of a drunken post for me... but since it IS me, I have only had half a glass of sangria. :)

he meant peanuts, popcorn, lazy "why cook" snack food. Of course he and Ben are the ones who eat popcorn for dinner when I go out! Actually though, my hubby makes really good curries.
