*What* Was I *Thinking*?!!

So, OK, for breakfast this morning, I had oatmeal with a full heaping handfull of dried cranberries and raisins thrown in.

Then I snacked, mid morning, on two large Washington Delicious apples. The green ones.

For lunch, I had a chili and cheese bowl and half of a four pound bag of grapes.

The toxic farts started around 3:00, persisted until about 5:00 when I had dinner, roast beef sandwich, refried beans and large slald.

And spend the next half hour losing about a 20th of my bodyweight!
ARRRGGGHHH!

Course I have nobody else but myself to blame! And my lower GI tract just informed me... "This Isn't Over!"
