Kenny and I are having Vegan "Chicken" Fried Tofu, tater tots and soda and Paul is having a Vegan Rib Sandwich, tater tots and soda from Palomino in Bay View.

We pass by occasionally.

We're having Salad Nicoise with roasted red peppers, green beans, olive, eggs and tuna. Something reasonably healthy.

But I've only had a few things.

The "Toffulo" wings are pretty spicy so can't eat too many of those.

17. Stuffed 1# pork chops, twice-baked potatoes, baked beans and slaw
Tony buys 1# center-cut loin chops and stuffs them with rice, crab meat, diced peppers, lime juice and cumin. They are AWESOME!

I also made some mac and cheese and some baby peas in butter sauce since they are a favorite for hubby. This was served with cold melon since it is a big hit with the entire family...

Later, if he's a good boy he's getting a SPECIAL treat!!! (Chocolate chip ice cream for all you dirty minded folks who were assuming the worst...)

I try to eat vegan myself, that sounds pretty interesting.

Having a veggie grill night, well for me, tofu-veggie kebabs that is, with my special secret marinade -- fixin some fish and chicken for the folks, though.

Plus salad and beer. :9
