Anyone know much of America's soybean crop is exported
and how much of our non-GMO crop is exported vs domestic use. What I'm trying to find out is if the statement that most the GMO crop is consumed domestically and most of the non-GMO crop is exported is true. How would one go about finding this out?

1. Japan and Europe demand non-GMO

Growers get more money for non-GMO for export. This leaves more GMOs for domestic consumption. Exact percentage changes year by year depending on the market.

US has no labeling requirement, so the non-GMO only goes to a select few "Organic" labels. All others are "Unknown" GMO status, so it behooves domestic food producers to purchase cheaper GMO grain ...

Sorry for not having exact numbers at my fingertips but they're out there for sure.
