4. The Defective Detective -- "Monk"

An entertaining piece of TV detective fluff -- a series on USA network. Adrian Monk, former detective inspector w/ SFPD. Not a cop anymore -- he has severe OCD. Tony Shaloub won an Emmy for the role last year. He is fantastic. It's a very funny series. Somewhat predictable, but thoroughly enjoyable.
