if it was the man who had had the surgery and lied to his wife? I personally would not. In the end I feel its a personal conflict, perhaps grounds for a divorce, but not litigation.

5. Deciet is no good

if anyone out there has had plastic surgery be honest about it. We DO pick our partners to a good degree because of their genes and if we disguise who we are our partners have every right to be upset. In this day and age, when people can go to a sperm or an egg bank and select the genes they want their children to have, its an issue. As to the monetary award and the future of the child ... I would hate to either judge or argue this case.
