Man, I've felt like crap all day!!!
My mood ring remained dark blue to dark purple (greater blood flow) - a good thing as it's usually a pale green or light red (lesser blood flow).

I ate a decent breakfast, and small nibbles throughout the day, to soon end with a decent dinner, but I was irritable all day. Very annoying.

Is this normal when starting an exercise program and changing one's diet plan (eating less at night, nothing before bedtime, forcing myself to eat breakfast)?

Thx!

1. Any time you change routine
You tend to feel crappy. It's normal. No big deal.

Get a good night's rest.

Hey you know that exercise is working since you have a strong blood flow!

Take care and be well!
