I have an interview in the morning!
This may sound wired, but I have an interview tomorrow that will determine if I get a demotion, a promotion, or I stay in the same position.

I have no idea what my chances are, but I'm hoping for the best. Anyway, I need happy thoughts.

1. Just go in there extremely confident
Getting worry, nervous, etc is pointless, it does nothing. Do you feel you deserve the promotion? If so then you should have no problems doing well as long as stay confident. Best of luck.

2. Unsolicited advice
Take a few minutes to jot down all of your accomplishments and all of your good qualities. Best to write in complete sentences. Take the list with you and read it before you go in. You will exude confidence.

Good Luck

4. I have used this technique and it really works
The more detailed and specific the list, the better. Write well formed sentences so during the actual interview you are not trying to figure out how to express yourself. You just repeat what you wrote.
