Kerry is sorta known for wearing them

But in the last week I have seen O'Reilly in one, Conan in a pink/dark pink checkerboard thing, I think Hannity wore one the other day, as well as all kinds of newsmen and TV hosts.

THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!!

What is up with that? I must not have gotten the memo (not that I wear ties very often).
