 U.S. Senator Carl Levin (D-MI) puts on a Mickey Mouse hat and jokes with U.S. Senators from California, Dianne Feinstein (L), D-CA, and Barbara Boxer, D-CA, on Capitol Hill in Washington, June 22, 2004.
