I'm walking clear across the country!
We get so much rain here that I got a treadmill so I can walk inside in bad weather. But just to make it interesting I put a map on the wall and log my miles by putting push pins on the map.

I started out in Portland, Oregon and I'm halfway to San Fransisco now. When I get to Los Angeles I'm going to turn east and head out route 66 and make my way to Chicago. After that it's on to NYC. Just imagine, all that travel adventure without ever leaving home.

What methods do you use to keep exercise interesting so you don't slack off?

5. Route 66 is just a mile from here. U won't like it for walking. I'd hitch.
Actually, I've literally walked from Georgia to Maine, and half way back again.

6. Drop me a line when you get next to Chicago.
You could also do a "Jesus walk" and traverse the Atlantic, y'know. I hear Wales is lovely this time of year.
