for once.

I couldn't even sit through the other Batman movies. Christopher Nolan (Memento) is the director this time around. Very cool.

1. After having the Batman story driven into the ground
By George Clooney and his Bat-Nipples, this can't help but look good by comparison. I read somewhere that they were going to base it off of Frank Miller's now classic (for us comic book, I'm sorry, graphic novel freaks) "Batman: Year One," and there will be elements of that, but they're going with Scarecrow as the main villain I think.

2. Cool.
One of the reasons I think it'll be good is that it is an "origins" story (at least that's what the article called it).

4. Sounds like SPIDER-MAN 2 may be the best ever in the genre
At least that's what Ebert thinks.

5. I've always liked...
The Rocketeer. It was based off a graphic novel as well. It had pretty acting; a lot of subtle jokes; and Jennifer Connelly.

6. Same here.
One of my favorites, too. I like a "healthy" Jennifer Connelly. ;-)
