Can some savy DU'er help me so I can play on DU Longer

Boss is out of town today and am trying to relax and have a "stress-free" day - spending alot of it on DU of course. BUT I need to do a Birthday Party Invitation for some 88 year old lady - on computer and I can't find any good pictures.

Can someone post a nice picture that I can copy onto a Birthday Invitation? WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Can't find anything on Internet after already an hour of searching that doesn't copy like an http:// thing.

2. The one I used for the past 3 years

was a bottle of champagne opening.... really time to change it. I don't know her - she is a client - but something that would look nice on a birthday invitation?? A gift would probably be too presumptious, she's got a ton of money. So I don't know - something birthday related/pretty????
