7. I've used Google toolbar
for awhile, but in the last month or two, I've started getting popunders. Oddly, I ALSO use ZoneAlarm's popup blocker, but I'm STILL getting popunders.

Any ideas?

2. Actually
I like Mozilla's Firefox browser.

It's free, infinitely customizable and offers features that IE can't or won't.

3. You could also try a different browser.
Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org) is the one I use almost all the time. Opera (http://www.opera.com) is also good. Both have nearly bulletproof pop-up blockers built in.

4. Mozilla Firefox.
Faster, more secure, works on 99.99999% of websites, has tabbed browsing , built in popup blocking, and just overall rocks.

8. I second that emotion!
Firefox shows Explorer to be the bloated, slow, ugly piece of crap that it is. And it's pop-up blocker works fine. And the add-on Flash-avoider - replaces the Flash crap with an optional button you can press if you WANT to see the Flash. What a joy!

Stop using Internet Explorer. It is a flawed and dangerous piece of software.

Use one of the following:

Mozilla Firefox (as previously mentioned)

or

Avant Browser (built on the IE platform, compatible with almost every aspect of IE) - http://www.avantbrowser.com

Both block pop-ups by defalt. Both also feature tabbed browsing. I have both on my system, since Mozilla takes up little space, and leaves very few registry entries. Avant is my default, and I like it.

Don't uninstall IE, but make your preferred browser the default. You can remove the IE shortcut from your desktop, though, as you likely will not be using it much.
