I really enjoyed Farenheit 911 today.

It was kind of comical at first with the bushisms and all that. A lot of people in the theater were laughing. But then when it got to the bombing and the dead kids scenes, the tone changed dramatically. There were a couple of times everyone clapped. I handed out some flyers while everyone was leaving. They were the flyers from the moveon.org people. I wrote our website address on there. If even one person checks out DU because of those flyers it will make me feel good. We are going to take this country back. We are.

1. I saw it last night and what a rollercoaster ride it was....

I was laughing and then literally sobbing. That poor family in Bagdad where our soldiers invaded their home in the middle of the night because they had a college age male living there. The mother and sister hysterically begging "our" soldiers to tell them what he'd done. God...I just lost it. And of course the family here that lost their son..when the mother was reading the last letter they got from him and how he said Bush if full of shit. I haven't been able to shake this movie "experience" all day. What have these people who are running OUR country done?!?!? I'm just sick....
