Seems the movie makes Republican heads explode and the cleanup is very costly.

Those Republicans who say they saw the movie are lying. Their heads are still intact aren't they?

2. For each theater that shows it
the distributer has to provide a print. Prints cost a LOT of money, and if the distributer has limited up-front funds to launch the film that limits the number of theaters.

Look for it to spread into more theaters as box office revenues bring in more cash for more prints.
