152. I've been consistently asking for a digital

camera for the last couple of years. So far it's been a no-go. My son would be the logical one to give me one for a birthday present since he's well aware of my incompetence in anything computer related. I've tried pointing out to him I don't need one with a lot of bells and whistles since it needs to be very simple to use.

I need a digital camera because I don't have any pictures of my dog or my other cat. The other cat is solid black and she belonged to my son until he had to give her up because of a change in living arrangements.

I'm not 52 yet! I still have a few more days of being only 51. I miss Kiki alot. She was the best cat I've ever had because she had a great temperament. You should post pictures of your pets even if you don't have one of yourself yet.

I also had a cat, who died in February. This was also very hard, since she was the one of my pets who I rescued myself, and this was not easy. I began feeding her outside the day after I lost Rhiannon. She was also black, so I noticed her when the vet insisted on keeping Rhiannon over two nights and I missed her so terribly. It finally dawned on me that this other black cat must have been on her own, since I saw her both day and night, so I immediately began feeding her, but it took four months and a have-a-heart trap to finally bring her in. I really miss her, as well.;(

He/she? looks just like a sweet, adorable stuffed puppy. My dog, Rufus, would look similar in that he wouldn't look like a real dog but like a stuffed puppy dog.

Rufus loves to go for rides and it's funny when we pull into a drive-thru at the pharmacy or icehouse. The clerks will be helping me and then they'll see Ruf move and it startles them because they think he's not real.

He is a Brussels Griffon, a fairly rare breed. He is also easily spooked, so gets all stiff, and he looks even less real. Last night there were loud thunderstorms, so he was not a happy camper.

When I first got him and had him at the vet, one of the girls who worked there was making fun of me. She said "why is that lady carrying around a stuffed animal?!" LOL!:D

What kind of dog is your Rufus? I know what you mean. Meneken attracts attention wherever he goes. I take him to PetsMart, putting him in the basket, and I cannot get to the cat food aisle without being stopped several times by people who want to know about him. One time, I took him through a drive-thru and all the ladies who worked there were gathered in the window to get a look at him. The amazing thing is that he is rescue and is fortunate to have survived long enough for me to have found him.;(
