Seriously I've been on here for a bit now ya know, but I gotta say some of the most basic simple things I've heard alot of you people say is just incredibly funny.

Here are some examples:

Okay I know this is lame but just the term "Freeper" makes me laugh. I envision some little Lemming running around constantly whining and babbling "wahh wahh!! Bush is my leader!! wahh wahh!!"


"Smirk and Co."


This is just too funny. I picture some business like the kind Tony Soprano would run and the ad features Bush's smirking face with a thumbs up sign or something...I dunno another phrase that makes me laugh.

"Is there any medication available to take off that smirk?"

Okay in this one I picture a guy walking into a doctor's office goin "Doc I got this friggen smirk here can't get rid of it." Or funnier still Bush calling around trying to find a cure.

All the names you people have made up for that bitch on Moore's movie that screams that Lipscomb's son is nothing but a stage.

Then simple phrases like "Oh yea when Bush gets back from his 'The world fucking hates me' tour...


I dunno I could be in far too much of a goofy mood right now, but man everytime I come on here I know I'm gonna be in for a laugh...on a somber note it erases alot of the anti-Catholic stuff I see now and then on here (I'm a Latino, the religion is practically an identity in my culture) but still I know those morons don't speak for EVERYONE on here...


Anyways that's all, let's keep up the good fight!

Yes, we all need a good laugh sometimes. There is so much sadness and despair in our lives.

But, there has to be a balance. And, DU is the proverbial 'town hall' for a lot of us here. This is where we decompress...find fellowship, comfort and reassurance.

Thank goodness for the funny stuff, too!

I don't know why that tickles me so much. It's not very nice, but then, neither is the VP.

And I like Pickles for LB.

Both of those make me laugh, and both makes my world a better place, along with all the other funny things I read here.
