AAAAHHHHGHH!! Just call us Turner and Hooch...
I am going crazy!

This is one crazy puppy I'm taking care of... Though when she's not terrorizing the cat, eating pencils, shoes, cups and cat food, slobbering, jumping up on me, knocking my glasses off or leaving burning scratches on my legs :grr:. . .she can be a real sweetheart. :loveya: She loves to be hugged, and will do everything to be as close to me as she can.

In fact, I've never seen a dog who wanted more love. I guess she's a little attention starved -- this is a household of four kids and four pets, plus tropical fish, when the family is in, so I don't think she gets much of the kind of one-on one attention I'm giving her. It would be a little easier if she had some obedience training, but she can still be pretty endearing.

Her name is Snowy, and I wish I had a digital camera to show her to you. I asked her breed the first time we met, in the spring, but I've since forgotten. She's a pretty shade of off-white, though, and her coat is like silk.

She just totally chewed up her momma's (owner's) shoe and I yelled at her and whacked her really lightly with the shoe. I feel terrible now, though. She's just a baby and she looks so heartbroken right now.

So anyway, my life is currently something like a scene out of Turner and Hooch, minus the bad guys and car chases. It is less frustrating when I see the humor, (something I hope her owner will have when she sees what happened to her sandals!:o)

5. She's a mutt , albeit a gorgeous one --

Her fur isn't quite that long, or that white. :-) It's almost a light tan in places.

2. Take the puppy to the park. It will help you pick up women.

4. Yeah, literally!

Because I'll have to pick them up after she knocks them over. :D

That's a good idea, though... She needs EXERCISE, man. They've got a big back yard, and I've been playing fetch with her. I'm a little afraid of what her manners are around little kids and picnickers(sp?) though!

3. We adopted what we thought was a chocolate lab last year
turns out he's half Spanish Mastiff
I'm talking a BIG DOG . You just described
my Buddy perfectly when he came to us .
He even gets "shoelaces"(slobber) now :puke:

He is the most affectionate dog I've ever owned .

When I say BIG I'm talking when he lays on the couch
he covers all three cushions . LOL that's a lot of love .

6. That is a lot of love

Sometimes I wonder if it takes big dogs a while to realize their size. Snowy is just a pup, around 11 months old I think, but she's full grown. She climbs all over me like she thinks she can fit in my lap! :P

7. One way to solve that problem...
Grow a bigger lap! Do it for the puppy. :-)
