2. Yoda igniting his lightsaber in Episode II
That's such a great geek moment. But the greatest single moment in movie history is the final shot in The Godfather, with the door closing on Diane Keaton. Classic.

3. Fight Club. Just all of it.
Most amazingly cynical and darkly funny movie I've ever had the pleasure of watching on the big screen. Just sat there with my jaw in my lap, thinking "someone finally made a movie for me"
