"Police say the 9-1-1 call from Portland's Marshall Park neighborhood Sunday afternoon sounded beyond belief: A guy driving a green Subaru Outback, dragging two bloodied and panting dogs down the street."...

Yep lots of sick twists even here in P-town!

Of course it's a topic at the forum there..."what should his punishment be?" Comments range from "dragged behind a car himself" to "more people will care about these dogs than the kids who are killing each other in the streets" to "crying over gang bangers is something an obsessive liberal 'we need to save these poor criminals' would say"...

Sorry for posting it but it's the headline story in the PM edition of the Oregonian and caught my attention.
