Anybody else having trouble getting into the other forums?

I tried Civil rights, Economic, and Justice forums and it redirects me to this message:

I would have posted in the Ask the Admin forum, but it redirected me to that same message!

4. Everything seems ok

here. I have had trouble, last week I think. Weird messages but they just went away.
