Blue moon rising.

A beautiful full blue-moon is rising in the mist over my mountain. It is now framed by the boughs of a magnificent white pine. What a fantastic sight. What a wonderful night.
Dr. DemoTex is just leaving Honolulu on a red-eye to Chicago. I wish she were here tonight. She has been at the American Psychological Association convention this week. She will be up here tomorrow night.

2. All blue-moon's are full.

It was beautiful, rising over the river here. Orange, at first, which confused the hell out of me.

4. And for those that are not "with it" ...

A "blue moon" is a full moon that occurs for a second time in a given month. July had a full moon early in the month and then again today.

Blue Moon is not to be confused with Brew Moon, where I still - after three years - owe Will Pitt a cold one. Downtown. Chinatown.
