How much would my Wal-Mart stock be worth today?
I almost bought about $1,000 of Wal-Mart stock about 1986. I chickend out How much would that be worth today?

Calculator links on the topic welcome!

(I hate Wal-Mart, btw. But I think I may have missed out on the gravy train.)

1. Well according to my calculations
You would've benefited greatly during the time you were alive if you sold it today but once you died Jesus would pinch you're head and cast it into hell so the demons and imps can use it as a soccer ball.

2. Didn't use a calculator

But unless I'm mistaken, your stock would be worth about
$26,000 today... and you missed out on more than $1000 in
dividends.

Somebody with a historical stock calculator should check,
I used an Adjusted Price of $2.00 per share for 1986 (you
didn't say when so I averaged the adjusted price for the
last 4 or 5 months of 1986).
