I've been counting my blessings today,,,after what I saw yesterday while I was canvassing. Here is my list in order of importance:

1. My family
2. My friends
3. Politics
4. My dogs
5. Painting
6. My little house in the woods
7. My cats

Not that I don't love my family, humans and other animals inclusive. But I can never be as closely linked to them as I am to my spirit. The love I feel is more vital to me than the objects of that love, because it's the element that links us when we're parted.
