Souvlaki? Schmoove
Mo Greek on you

Souvlaki (Shish Kebab)
Serves 4
* 2 lbs Meat
* 5 Cloves finely
chopped garlic
* Olive oil
* 1 tbspOregano
* Salt
* Pepper
Cut the meat into 2 x 2 inch cubes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and marinate, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator. Skewer with or without your favorite vegetables, like mushrooms, peppers, onions or tomatoes, and barbecue at medium heat. Baste with an olive oil, lemon juice and oregano brine.

4. Delicious! I've learned not to overdo the
cinnamon, and as you recommended, I add a pinch of rosemary. I love it. It's a wonderful change from tomato sauce-based pasta dishes.
