15. Only when I post here.
I first used the name to write a parody of the Marty Robbins song, El Paso lampooning the California energy "crisis".

44. I work for the student lending division of a bank
I started writing code in FORTRAN (does anybody remember FORTRAN?) in the late seventies when I was in the Army. Later, I learned COBOL and most of my career has been spent wrting code in that language. Right now I'm writing code in a non-SQL based 4GL (I guess that would be how it should be described).

I've coded on a number of different platforms.

What's the difference between
Jurassic Park and a room full of COBOL prgrammers?

One's a bunch of old dinosaurs and the other is a movie.

47. non-SQL 4GL
Hmmm...

Focus? Nomad?

Anyway, I'm a Java/C# slinger who does remember back to the days of FORTRAN (learned on MNF-77), but who went the C/C++ route instead of the mainframe.
