1. That's not as damning as it sounds.

People often order pizza for the convenience of home delivery when they're too busy or upset or frustrated or whatever to cook.

I delivered pizza in college, and it was a frequent choice of the bereaved.

I'm no Scott Peterson fan -- and, in fact, I believe him to be guilty -- but order pizza isn't as fucked-up as it sounds under the circumstances.

somehow, we expect someone to get up, while his pregnant wife is missing, and make himself a nice three course meal?

this is why people bring food to the bereaved, why should dominos be any different?
