The anti-impotence drug Viagra can protect mountaineers from developing lung problems sometimes associated with high altitude, researchers have found. A lack of oxygen can trigger the heart and lung condition pulmonary hypertension.

But University of Geissen, Germany, researchers found Viagra prevents this.
