in a sloppy tee and cut-off sweatpantss with holes in them, with a messy ponytail on top of your head, that your kid's principal needs to talk to you. (Paperwork for new middle school students.)

Park the car, get out, go to the office, and hope other parents have had the same thing happen to them. My son was REALLY proud of me this morning. :-)

4. The bra in the car door.
Several years ago Miz t. was taking our 14 year old daughter to school. She had put her fleece robe in the dryer with a load of clothes the night before. On the way to the car, she took her robe out of the dryer and put it on.

On the road she noticed a rhymical "tick-tick-ticking" and decided to have a look under the hood when she stopped.

Several dozen of our daughter's classmates were hanging out in front of the school when they arrived. They began to point at the driver's door and laugh. When Miz t. stepped out of the car, she stepped on one of her (large) bras. Evidently static cling had carried it on the robe, and it was caught mostly hanging out of the door all the way to school.
Our daughter was mortified for days.

5. ROFL! Similar story - underwear in pantsleg!
I got dressed and rushed out the door only to find as I walked into my building that a pair of underwear were stuck to the inside of my pantsleg at the bottom from the static. I quickly grabbed it and stuffed it into my purse. hehe!

6. I got yesterday at the office by former classmate...
Bad hair day, no makeup (we own the business, I can do that!) and in walks a person I graduated from high school with almost 30 years ago. She looked great! Just stopped in to chat - I was ready to crawl into my office and die.
