Baked with vidalia onion sauce!

made with grapes, celery, apples, sunflower seeds and yogurt.

Then a trip into town for some house supplies.

Lots of yummy chargrilled chicken, corn and bean salsa, and loads of pico de gallo.

When my body wisdom tells me I need to eat some more veggies, it's the first thing I reach for.
