Well kerrygear.com does anyway....... I ordered a yard sign, a button and a shirt two weeks ago. The website said it would be shipped the next day and would arrive in 5 business days.

So... anyway, now that it's 10 business days later I thought I'd call and ask where my stuff was.

After being on hold for close to 30 minutes I was "greeted" by a man who I swear had just been released from the hospital aftre receiving a labotomy. He says that one of my items (no indication which one) was on back order, and that it wasn't even shipped out until TODAY!

WTF!

No email saying my stuff will be late?

No telling me which item was on backorder (if he says "one item" it sounds like he's making it up and lying to me)?

No "I'm sorry"?

WTF am I paying shipping if it's taking A MONTH to get here!? I could have shipped a package to Mars and gotten it there sooner!

The dude wouldn't let me talk to his manager, wouldn't give me a tracking number, and then glibly asks, "is there anything else I can help you with?"

I swear to god man..... Kerry needs to clean kerrygear.com's clock

3. They are on serious backorder

My order took about 2 weeks and when I had called about the status they said they had an overwhelming number of folks order from their site.

This is probably good news if you think about it!!

And the guy I talked to acted as though I should just KNOW that my stuff was back-ordered even though they said it would be put in the mail two weeks ago, and never sent me an email stating otherwise.

What I'm really mad about though was the lack of any appology, and his completely glib attitude.

He acted like a Qwest CSR on the worst of Qwest's worst days (anyone with Qwest phone service knows what I'm talking about).

I mean I assumed right after the convention that things might be on backorder, but since neither the website, nor my confirmation email, nor any followup email said they were backordered, I assumed that they weren't on backorder.

And that asshole really set me off.... I'm sorry but he is so bad he would have been fired from Qwest...

for my bumperstickers to arrive, and this was a couple of months ago.

13. I ordered my stuff in late June or early July

It seemed a bit slow, but it arrived within two weeks or so. I'm sure they're dealing with tons of orders.
