FWIW, gossip about Hillary's visit to Buffalo

My 73 year old mother and 69 year old aunt called a little while ago. Seriously psyched about seeing Hillary speaking in Buffalo. Both spoke to her. Mom asked her to inscribe her copy of her autobiography to me, Aunt gave her a letter outlining the increase in her health care costs since Bush took office. Both said Hillary was extremely nice and looking good (thinner, pretty, beautiful skin, again, FWIW). Hillary told Mom, "I like your buttons" (a Kerry pin I gave her and a "Families for Hillary" pin). The two of them were like rock band groupies, so pysched to talk to Hillary.

I take a lot of pleasure out of this. Go, Ma! Go, Aunt E.!

You don't know them, but these are two VERY fantastic women who are paying attention and getting involved. They get the idea that everyone makes a difference. Mom (former teacher, principal, and union officer) and Aunt (former Postal Service bureaucrat) think it's important to be there and show their support. I'm so proud of them!

In addition, they are extremely cute in their enthusiasm. Go Mom and Aunt!
