7. I hate hot mustard sauce
Wasabi is what they serve with Japanese food. Chinese mustard is yellow and Japanese Wasabi is green.

Which one is it that you don't like?

11. Of course you're correct. Wasabi is of Japanese origin.
What I was thinking when I posted was one specific Chinese restaurant that is my favorite. They have a sushi bar with wasabi as a condiment. I like to use the wasabi on other things. I really enjoy it with pepper steak. It's good for the sinuses.

for the last 2 hours i've been cooking ribs with a great blend of hot sauce cut with real peppers and such.

if you don't ever see me again, it's because i just had a heart attack, died, and went to heaven.
