Bob could hear the gunfire when the commander turned the boat around. That commander would have gotten in trouble for taking a joyride.

And Bob saw that commander on a TV commercial a couple of days ago on the TV in the window of the appliance store.

I'm running out of money now and Bob is really sucking those drinks down.
