2. Taurine is an amino acid
It's a piece of a protein.

It's not bad for you, and may be good for you. Taurine has shown promise for treating many illnesses -- promise, but not proof.

Drink it if you like it. But I wouldn't put any hope in it curing what ails ya.

5. I drank red bull for a while when I was down in Florida..
I see taurine has already been explained.. I think maybe red bull also has guarana in it. Which is a South American plant that has gaurine in it and is a stimulate. They have drinks down there in South America with gaurine in them like we do with caffiene.

I know because I googled it.

7. I used to work at a convenience store, and one day...
...a guy walks in the store in the early morning seeing me drink a Red Bull. He tells me that it has Taurine in it, and I say, yeah, I know. I said it's a kind of protein. He says no, it's bull urine. I say WHAT??? He says it's cause the word is half "Taurus" and half "urine". I thought he was joking me around, but he told me he was serious, and that he was a scientist.

I look up the definition of Taurine online when I get home, and no mention of bull urine.

Some crazy people around these parts.

9. Breakfast of champions
In a tall glass, pour a Red Bull with equal parts orange juice.

I prefer Dynamo juice from Trader Joe's (100% RDA of everything). Voila - you have enough calories, sugar, caffeine, and energy herbs to get you through the day. Seriously.

Red Bull straight tastes like Sweet Tarts to me.

10. don't ask me what's in it, but at my espresso stand I sell about
5 cases a day of the stuff

I give em the "red bull challenge" once in a while and get everybody to try a double shot espresso with cream and vanilla. Most stick with coffee after that.

Redbull will boost you for about 45 minutes then you will crash hard. Coffee stays with you all morning :)
