Where's my @#$%ing volume control???
It used to be in the task bar, right next to the time. I reinstalled XP today, and now it won't come back! Grrr.

Does anyone know what I have to do?

1. Go to Start Menu->
Control Panels. Open Sounds and Audio devices. There's a checkbox for showing the icon in the taskbar.
