Anybody see the NFL Hall of Fame induction today?
Barry Sanders, before being inducted, was introduced by his father...who didn't mention him at all during his rambling speech.

When he finally got around to introducing Barry, he said:
"Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome the third best running back of all time."

The third best running back?!?

Jeez, dad, you think you might be able to give your son some show of support on this of all days??

And I thought I had a shitty relationship with my dad.

3. I Resent That!
The winning-est QB ever.
The best comeback QB ever.
Back to back Super Bowl Titles.
Super Bowl MVP.
Threw for over 30 MILES of total yardage.
Owner of "The Drive" against the Browns.
Owner of "The Drive II" against Houston in the playoffs.
Mr. Ed indeed.

He's a stud and today 18,000 out 0f 22,000 Bronco Fans in attendance in Canton today proves that.

Elway, Ole' horse face is in the hall of fame.

Take that Marty Schottenhiemer.

2. His dad is a big Jim Brown fan
I don't know about his #2.

I do know that I've never seen anything like Barry on a football field.

4. I agree
I've never seen anything like him either. The guy was a freak of nature. He could make moves that would rip cartilage in any other player if he tried it.

And I think Barry could have easily wound up the greatest all time as far as stats go if he would have played longer. I think he only played, what, nine years?
