13. Neither. "Thriller" is the most overrated album of all time.

"Off the Wall" was far superior, with "Off the Wall" and "Rock With You" being the best tracks.

There's something so sterile and 80s about Thriller, though I did like PYT and Human Nature.

I never lied Billie Jean or Beat It at all. Without MTV, they would not have been top ten tracks, IMO.
